Based on research this is an unsigned D'Orlan Bird Brooch, Triple 22kt gold plated w hand painted Blue & Green Enamel and sparkling handset Swarovski crystals.
Pre-loved this beauty comes in very good condition. One of the wings is chipped(see pictures) but not noticed when worn and still very striking.
